Perhaps you have considered being a volunteer host family for a foriegn exchange student. Students come from over 60 countries around the world and are looking for loving American host families to stay with for the upcoming fall semester or school year. Hosting is a great way to expose your family and community to a new culture, while also helping a teenager to experience American hospitality and values. Students come with their own spending money and health insurance, and host families provide a place for the student to sleep and three meals a day.
