Tav, a creative arts collective, is currently looking for writers (and other creative persons, too!) to participate in our Character Bank Project. What is Character Bank? Well, you could go to our website to find out, but basically there is a list of names (the characters), and you have to write a story or a poem about one or more of the characters, using ONLY those names. There is one catch, though! Works must contain one character with characteristics and behavioral traits in common with that character in a previous Character Bank work. Basically what that means is you have to check out the previous works (there are a couple available online, and a couple in our second issue), pick one or more already defined character(s) from those works, and write a NEW story or poem about them.

How long can the story/poem be? Since we will be publishing these in our online issue, they can be ANY LENGTH!

What will you get out of it? Besides the fact that you can say you were published (and we will publish all stories we receive in our archives) if you are selected as one of our TOP three works, you will be highlighted in our upcoming online issue/project and receive TWO free copies of Tav.
