Elaine Knoll is a Pennsylvania-based artist best known for producing both original pieces and limited-edition prints in watercolor and pen-and-ink works depicting historic landmarks, country scenes, and nature. Her art often highlights Bucks County and Southeastern Pennsylvania, blending realism with a nostalgic appreciation for rural and architectural heritage. Many of her pieces capture Pennsylvania’s historic farms, stone houses, and countryside.
The outside borders of the FRAMES are 21-1/2" x 29-1/2"; the outside borders of the PICTURE are 13-1/2" x 21-1/2" The frames, themselves, are masterfully handmade and the glass was chosen for its non-glare nature.
The first picture is signed Elaine Brough Knoll 1984; the handwriting in light ink simply says "Home" and April 22, 1981.
The second picture is signed Elaine Knoll on the front; it contains a sticker on the back that says "Stocker Mill Bridge Easton,PA destroyed 1968"
