Very Old Indenture Document 1831 - Philadelphia - $40 (Oxford)

condition: fair
size / dimensions: 31 x 28

This is a large, very old document in fair condition - good condition for its age. I found it years ago in my parents' attic in Bucks County. It had been clipped across the top before I found it. Because of its condition, I am selling it very inexpensively. It is suitable for framing. As far as I can tell, the beginning of it reads: "This Indenture Made the Twenty fourth day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty one Between Margaret Rambo of the District of Kensington in the Northern Liberties in the County of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania Widow Peter A Brounn formerly of Kensington aforesaid now of Brooklynn in the State of New York Silver plater and Sarah B his wife and Daniel M Cleary of the Kensington District aforesaid and Silver plater of the one part and John Bommann junior of the said district of KennsingtonVictualler of the other part." There are other names listed in the body of the document, and about 15 signatures at the bottom. Please contact me with any questions. Asking $40 or best offer.
