“Mechanic Wanted” My Time For Your Skills (Lancaster)

I do have time, some tools and home repair skills, and experience in other physically demanding labor tasks
I have a 2008 Chevy Suburban LTZ 4x4 w/ 5.3l V8. It has mechanical issues beyond my personal knowledge, experience and abilities to handle.
Here is a crude list of the things I know need done:
1. Rear differential needs lubrication, seals and bearings replaced, possibly gears looked over as well.
2. Spark plugs need replacing. I can’t access all of them with limited equipment and knowledge.
3. Leaks oil, apparently an easy fix where it is at, from YouTube vids say. I am just not equipped for it.
Reason for this posting:
I got hurt at work X2, first an infection in my right hand made me completely useless for 2 weeks, then I got an infection in my lung from breathing in contaminated dust in a hog barn was out of work an additional 2 weeks.
Soon as I was on the mend to return to working I had to have emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder which was full of stones and crystals.
I was a 1099 contracted employee so I can’t get Unemployment Compensation.
Without my vehicle I am useless.
I have no issue working with the person who will know what they are doing, if that makes it easier. I am mechanically inclined and can follow directives.
