Cannondale 500 "fitness" bike. 2007, I think. A bit dirty from sitting for 5 years. Tires are showing dry rot, and the chain needs lubed/replaced. 28x1 1/4x 1 3/4 tires

The frame is "petite." I'm 5'8" and was able to fit it to me, but would not recommend it for anyone taller.
