Not sure of age. We have had it for 30 plus years. No manufacturer markings. Not just very decorative, it appears that it would be workable. Excellent condition. Don't think it has ever been lit. Approx. 8 1/2" tall 3 1/2 " in diameter. Smoke and pet free home.
