This R. Pette Company vintage plaque was my Dad's. He was a retired Senior Chief after serving in WWll and then the Korean, and Viet Nam wars. He served for 30 years and retired as a US Naval Senior Chief.
It has a thick, heavy, polished brass 3-1/4" medallion on a shield shaped 6"x7-3/4" walnut wood base that's ready to hang, see pictures.
