This is a very straightforward position interacting with sales team and submitting the necessary documents (applications and required drawings) to the townships in boroughs to get permit approvals and construction underway.
There is no office, you work on your own time at your own place.
There's no training provided, you should be an expert in this field if you are reaching out.
Paying $100 per permit package submittal.
