Digital Transfer from Video/Audio Tapes and Vinyl Records (Lancaster County)

You've probably seen ads that offer something like this:
"Two-hour videotape digitized for only $5.00!"
What kind of quality control or customer service can you expect from somebody who is willing to work for $2.50 an hour ... or less? Are there hidden charges? Will they double-check to make sure you haven't accidentally recorded over your tape with something else, or will they simply set the machines, let them run, and you get whatever you get?
We don't try to beat our competitors' prices. We charge a flat rate with no hidden fees, offer quality customer service, and take great care to make sure that all your precious memories are preserved properly. And: All of our video and audio equipment is inspected and serviced routinely.
Video:
VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, Betamax, Super Betamax, MiniDV, Digital8, Hi8, and Video8.
Audio:
Cassettes, LPs, 45s, and 78s (click/pop cleanup of vinyl records and hiss reduction of cassettes will require additional labor).
We also offer 35mm slide conversion.
If you are unsure about the content of your recordings, we will preview them for identification purposes at an additional cost.
Please note: Film transfer services (Super 8/8mm/16mm) are NOT available.
***NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage to tape media that may be in poor condition due to age, wear, or storing conditions.
Because we are based in Lancaster County, there’s no need to worry about your cherished recordings of family and friends getting lost in the mail. All transactions can be handled in person, and we offer pickup and delivery for an additional fee.
