I had a 48 Volt EZGO Golf cart that had (6) Trojan T105 batteries. Each battery was 8 VOLTS. This system made watering the batteries simple and was a great addition. The featured image shows the black water hose going to each battery and the route it takes. The hose goes from the first battery to the last battery completely filling each with distilled water. They can not be overfilled. That is the beauty in the system.
This system can cost between $225 and $300 new. $85 is a remarkable deal.
Here is the official description.
Trojan's HydroLink™ comes with an independent, non-mechanical water level indicator that is simple to read. A white indicator means that the battery needs water and a black indicator means that the battery has enough water. The HydroLink™ indicator will not give a false reading, unlike products that utilize mechanical readers.
HydroLink™ will easily fit into any existing or new electric golf car and its low profile reduces the opportunity for damage to the watering system itself. It also eliminates potential interference with other components.
For successful operation, Trojan Battery's HydroLink™ Watering System must use an approved Flow-Rite water supply system. This hand pump is included in the price.
NOTE: The HydroLink™ Watering Systems must only be used on the following Trojan Battery products:
• T-605
• T-105
