Variegated liriope. Also known as lily turf and Muscari. Mine is variegated green and creamy yellow wide stripes.
Does well in all environments, sun, shade or in between. The only thing it does not tolerate well is “wet feet” so it should be in a location that drains water well. Can be used as specimen plantings, the front of beds or even as ground cover. A later summer bloomer so helps give you color later in the season. A nice contrast plant. Pics are of plants at maturity.
