These are heavy duty size 11 over shoe contractor boots. These Boots are 16 inches high and are made in the USA. I purchased them at super shoe. The brand is proline. I only use them one time they are in good condition. No cracks or tares. I needed them to do the basement concrete in a new house I was building.
