As a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals in their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent, and connected to their community. Every day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
We proudly serve communities throughout Lancaster County, including Lancaster, Lititz, Manheim, Ephrata, Elizabethtown, Mount Joy, Quarryville, Willow Street, and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation when needed
• Support individuals in participating in community activities
• Follow each person's individualized care plan
• Document services provided and communicate any concerns with your supervisor
What We're Looking For
• A caring, dependable person who enjoys helping others
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to travel between consumer homes during your shift
• Ability to complete required training and background clearances
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Part-Time Position
Starting Pay: From $14.00 per hour
