Got this for a wedding present many, many years ago (back when they made good stuff in this country). It was never used. (Note: marks in photo are reflections of ceiling.) Wallace was part of Hamilton Watch, so there's a local connection. Not sure what it might be worth as silver in today's market, but it would be a shame to melt down this beautiful piece. $50 OBO.
