Got this for a wedding present many, many years ago (back when they made good stuff in this country). It was never used. Wallace was part of Hamilton Watch, so there's a local connection. Tarnished, so it will take a little bit of elbow grease and some silver polish to restore to as-new condition. Not sure what it might be worth as silver in today's market, but it would be a shame to melt down this beautiful piece.
