**Live-In Church Sexton / Facilities Caretaker – Housing Included**

First Reformed Church of Lancaster is seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to help care for our historic downtown church campus.
This position includes a three-bedroom on-site residence with utilities and parking provided as part of the compensation package.
Responsibilities include:
* Cleaning and maintaining church facilities
* Light maintenance and repairs
* Setting up for worship services and events
* Building security and general oversight
* Seasonal outdoor upkeep including snow removal
We are looking for someone who:
* Works well independently
* Is dependable and organized
* Is comfortable with physical work
* Has custodial, maintenance, or caretaker experience preferred

Schedule includes some weekends, and occasional evenings.
