Responsibilities
Perform floor stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and other floor maintenance services.
Complete post-construction cleaning projects, including detailed dust removal and final cleaning.
Perform interior and exterior window cleaning.
Assist with special cleaning projects at commercial and industrial facilities.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Travel to various job sites as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License (required).
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience stripping and waxing floors.
Experience with commercial floor care equipment.
Experience in post-construction cleaning.
Experience cleaning commercial windows.
General cleaning or janitorial experience.
Knowledge of floor finishes, coatings, and maintenance procedures.
