We are seeking an Apprentice Technician to assist with residential and commercial property improvement projects throughout Lancaster County and surrounding areas.
No previous experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.
Starting Pay
- $15-20 per hour DOE
- Paid training provided
- Flexible scheduling based on project workload
Responsibilities
- Protect floors, furniture, and customer property
- Install masking and surface protection
- Sand and prepare surfaces
- Assist with painting and staining projects
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain tools and jobsite cleanliness
- Assist with pressure washing and exterior preparation
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 60+ pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions

Advancement Expectations
Apprentice Technicians are expected to log a minimum of 100 working hours within their first 90 days with the team. Team members who demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, positive attitude, and skill development may be considered for advancement into a Basic Technician role.
