We are looking for an experienced roofing subcontractor crew to complete already-sold projects. Most work is located within one hour of Lancaster, PA.
Requirements:
Capable of removing and installing 15–30 squares in one day
Must have all necessary roofing tools and equipment
Must own a truck or van for tools
Ideally own a brake for minor fascia and chimney work
Must carry proper insurance
Work is performed on a 1099 subcontractor basis
Compensation:
$125–$150+ per square for walkable roofs (dependent on experience, etc.)
Additional pay for steep roofs and plywood replacement
Extra compensation for chimney and fascia work
Experience with EPDM and Metal roofing is a plus. Other exterior projects may also be available, including window replacements, vinyl siding, James Hardie siding, and various exterior repairs.
