Position Overview:
As a Landscape Foreman, you will:
Lead and supervise a crew on various landscape installation and maintenance projects.
Interpret landscape plans to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Operate equipment such as skid steers, mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Maintain a safe and efficient job site.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Track time, materials, and project progress.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2–3 years of landscaping experience with leadership responsibilities.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of hardscaping, planting, mulching, pruning, and turf care.
