SM Lawn Care is seeking a highly personable, organized, and proactive Client Care & Office
Coordinator to help manage incoming leads, support customer relationships, and assist with
team development and hiring.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating great experiences for
clients, and helping build a strong team culture.
In addition to customer support and office coordination, this role will oversee key HR and
hiring processes, including sourcing applicants, screening candidates, and coordinating
onboarding for new team members.
You will be a key part of helping the company run smoothly while ensuring both customers and
employees feel supported.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Manage incoming leads and follow up with potential clients
• Schedule consultations and service appointments
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
• Ensure clients receive timely communication and excellent service
• Oversee the hiring pipeline from application to onboarding
• Post job listings and attract qualified applicants
• Screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews with leadership and hiring managers
• Manage applicant communication throughout the hiring process
• Oversee onboarding for new employees
• Maintain applicant tracking and hiring records
• Assist in improving hiring systems and recruitment processes
• Help build and maintain a strong, positive team culture
• Support communication between office and field teams
• Assist with organizing team events or team-building initiatives
• Maintain customer records and scheduling systems
• Assist leadership with organization and internal processes
• Help create systems that improve efficiency and customer experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers
• Professional and personable demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience with hiring, recruiting, or HR coordination required
• Experience in customer service, office administration, or coordination roles preferred
• Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or applicant tracking systems is a plus
• $45,000 – $55,000 annual salary (based on experience)
