Hello,
We are a couple looking to move to Lancaster. We are completely pre-approved for a mortgage on a purchase of up to $560K. We are ideally looking for a 4+Bedroom 2.5+Bath house somewhere outside of the inner city yet within 15 minutes of the train station.
Save on having to pay a realtor! I will pay to have an agreement of sale drafted and would be willing to cover all costs associated with what the broker would handle.
