Seeking a cabin, cottage, campsite, apartment or home for rent under $800.00 a month that allows a pet dog. I am very interested in a rent to own and land renting as well if that is a possibility.
I am able to provide proof of income, background check, vet records and animal support letter (not a service animal but she's 12 and I will not move without her), landlord references and employment verification. I have no prior evictions. My credit is not good due to medical issues that I am under control with and working to rebuild that as we speak. I am looking to move from 7/1/2026 and after as I am a care giver for my mother and we are transitioning her to an assisted living arrangement and I want to stay close to her.
