We both are 61 y/o , have steady income , no pets , not on parole or probation , local bank accounts , have good credit , no smoke and come with solid references . All of which are verifiable . We have been renting for the past 13 years from our Amish neighbors which has been a good relationship . However the Amish have other plans for the property .
