Looking for a roommate!!!
This is for a single person/individual. My roommate and I are looking for 3rd roommate to fill the spot of a former roommate. We’re hoping to find someone very cleanly and kind. We live next to the train station in Lancaster city, so we’re close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. F preferably between the ages 22-28. You’d be occupying the large attic room which has access to an improvised rooftop. Rent is $800 with water, sewer, and trash included. Plus we all split the wifi, electricity and gas. Shared bathrooms, kitchen, living room. There’s laundry in the basement with plenty of storage down there. We have a pretty big backyard compared to most homes in the city.
