Hello I'm a 34 year old single male looking for a roommate in my new townhouse. Im super easy going and laid back just looking for a roommate to help cut costs. I prefer a female roommate just because they tend to keep the place in better shape. I have a spare room and you would have your own bathroom I also have a washer and dryer and you can access kitchen. I was thinking around 550 a month with a 300$ security deposit and also please no smoking/drugs or pets please. The room has a bed if needed. You must keep the place clean, which includes cleaning up your bathroom and the kitchen after you use it I’m not a maid!!!!
