50% paid at contract signing and 50% at job completion.
Services are quoted easily using cost per square foot making your main focus on building the relationship and closing the deal.
Primary Duties:
Respond timely to inquiries from potential customers, phone screen and set appointments for free deck assessments.
Conduct inspections at the client's property with the goal of selling deck restoration servies (new wood deck/railings) or switch to composite. Both solutions utilize the existing frame and offer clients significant savings. We do not sell small repairs (waste of time) or new build (too complex, long sales/production cycle).
Quote and sell jobs, sign sales contracts, collect deposits and submit accurate detail to office for processing/scheduling. All work is done electronically through our software solutions, Jobber, which can be installed on your mobile device. Continue as the point of contact through the build and collect final payment upon successful completion of jobs.
Employment is on an at-will, contract basis. You are not an employee with benefits, you are in independent sales representative and will be paid weekly on a 1099 basis for all received new contracts and completed jobs. Income is not guaranteed and results are your own.
