Never been used, and nothing is wrong with it. I simply got it as part of a package deal, and I don't need it. After examining it, I think it would make a perfect pail to keep lunch in, as the sides have a small amount of thickness to them, which could possibly keep the cool in (albeit for a short amount of time)
