WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Flat roofing installs and repairs
Shingle installation (tear-offs, underlayment, flashing)
Assisting crew with materials and jobsite work
Working outdoors in real conditions (heat, cold, heights)
Moving, loading, and handling roofing materials
Following crew lead directions and safety standards
WHAT WE NEED (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Roofing experience (flat, shingles, or at least hands-on labor experience)
RELIABLE transportation, no excuses
You live within a reasonable distance of Lancaster
Show up every day ready to work
Able to handle physical labor and heights
