Concrete Coatings Technician (Mount Joy PA)

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, understand proper preparation techniques, and can safely apply high-performance coating systems.
Responsibilities
Perform concrete surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning
Complete concrete repairs such as patching, crack repair, and joint work
Apply epoxy and urethane coating systems according to manufacturer specifications
Ensure proper mixing, application, and curing of coatings
Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
Work effectively with a crew on commercial projects
Qualifications
Experience with concrete repair and surface preparation
Experience applying epoxy, urethane, or other protective coating systems
Ability to operate preparation equipment (grinders, shot blasters, etc.)
Ability to travel for projects when required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Construction or coatings experience preferred
