We are renting our 2 bedroom oceanfront condo at Boardwalk, due to another family commitment. This is type of 2 bedroom that sleeps 8, not 6, and the studio part has ocean view also. The 1 bedroom side consists of a bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV, oceanfront balcony with table and 2 chairs. The oceanfront living area has a wrap around sofa with a sofa bed at one end, 2nd flat screen TV, total glass front, full kitchen with stove/oven mirowave, dishwasher, full size frig, pantry and adjoining dining room has seating for 8 persons. This part of unit has a full bath, accessible from both the bedroom and living area. The studio portion of condo has a queen bed, flat screen TV, full bath and another pull out sofa. Has a mini kitchen with sink, microwave and apartment size frig. This studio has a large window overlooking the boardwalk, fishing pier and beach.
Amenities at Boardwalk include an oceanfront indoor pool, with separate lap lane, hot tub and fitness center. There is on-site laundry, free wi fi, planned activities and attached garage.
Cost of $330 a night, or $2,380 for the week, is all inclusive--includes all taxes, nightly resort fee, wi fi and 1 free parking pass in attached garage (since it is a 2 bedroom, can request a 2nd parking pass, will get it if available, but it is not guaranteed). This is a beautiful, large condo and a great, economical way to vacation with a large family, in-laws or friends.

If everything looks ok, then we would ask that you sign the rental agreement and return it along with 1 night's deposit. As soon as we receive the deposit, we will call Hilton and request this reservation be changed to your name. When you receive confirmation from Hilton this has been done, we would appreciate the remainder of payment be sent within 2 weeks or as soon as possible. We accept Venmo, a certified check or a US postal money order.
Thanks and this is not a scam. We own this timeshare week and have already paid all the maintenance fees/taxes so it is all ready to use. You will owe nothing at check-in, but you would need to show your driver's license with your name as it will appear on your reservation. The resort requires all guests leave a credit card on file to cover any damage to the unit during your stay or room service. This is a non-smoking condo, so if you smoke in the unit, you may be charged a cleaning fee upon check-out.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A REALLY NICE< LARGE OCEANFRONT CONDO, at a fraction of cost if renting through resort or as a VRBO, we would love to hear from you. FYI, a 1 bedroom that sleeps 3 rents for $355 a night and a 2 bedroom rents for $800 or $900 a night, so you are saving a large amount if this week might work for you!!!
